The Spectacular Bugatti Veyron 16.4

Bugatti Automobiles SAS, a Volkswagen-brand, the most famous automaker of Germany produced the most recent version of Bugatti, a Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4 as a mid-engined full-sized Grand Tourer. The ‘Veyron' was titled to Bugatti after the famous French racing driver Pierre Veyron when he won the 24 hours of Le Mans, the world's oldest sports car race for the original Bugatti company, way back in 1939. This Grand Tourer is a high-performance luxury automobile known for its speed and performance.

A wide range of special editions were released with this model and the latest being the Grand Sport edition that dominates and was replaced by the previous editions like Veyron, Sang Noir, Targa, Vincero and the Bleu Centenaire. Different body styles and finishing made these various editions stand apart from each other Autel MaxiCOM MK808.

The Veyron convertible Grand Sport Edition was exposed to the public in 2008 and the production started immediately from spring 2009 after huge acclamation it received Autel MaxiSys MS906BT. Two different models - one with a hardtop and the other with a no-roof were released. The first Grand Sport could reach a speed of 408 kmph whereas 367 kmph was the limit with the model with no-roof.

The quad-turbocharged powerful W16 engine features an equivalent of two-narrow angle V8 engines arranged together in a ‘W' configuration. The four turbochargers are spread about 487.8 cu. in. Weighing a total of about 2034.8 kg, the Veyron EB 16.4 provides the correct power to weight ratio comparing to the standard of the Volkswagen's Group's 736 kW figures. Instilled with about 10 different radiators, the 16.4 model provides a drag coefficient of 0.41. Bugatti Veyron 16.4 comes with an 8.0L W16 Double Overhead Camshaft (DOHC) internal combustion petrol engine.

Volkswagen and Bugatti Automobiles specially designed this car for its speed and performance. Veyron 16.5 touches a top speed of 408.5 kmph. The tremendous acceleration the engine provides can help race the car from 0 - 400 kmph in less than a minute (50 seconds approx.). But the tires get thrashed up immediately after driving at this top speed. The everyday top speed of the Bugatti Veyron was listed at 350 kmph. Hydraulics lower the car when the speed touches 220 kmph and waits until the car has a ground clearance of at least 3.5 inches. The wing and the spoiler organize themselves too at the same time. This is called as the "handling mode" of the Bugatti Veyron. The wing provides a downforce of about 3,425 N that helps holding the car to the road.

The greatest car ever made and one would ever see providing such a top performance, as Jeremy Clarkson once declared during one of the Top Gear Auto Show, there were more than 200 sales of this car since the year of its manufacturing in 2005 till date. This car has also got an incredible braking. Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4 comes to a standstill from 400 kmph in less than 10 seconds. This is something unbelievable, even in the current age with the high caliber of cars produced. The Bugatti Veyron still doesn't fail to amaze us. Therefore one would get hold on this expensive sports car only to test the speed and the performance of the engine; which is really worth it!
